Painting or staining art using coffee

  • Listening to: My 15 month old laughing
  • Reading: 100 year old books from my husband Gary
  • Watching: My husband play WOW
  • Playing: WITHOUT THE MEANS TO DO SO
  • Eating: what i can when i can
  • Drinking: not for a while yet lol
So I have been erecting my latest idea. I am making paper out of old newspaper. And then I will paint/stain it with different types of coffee. I will be posting photographs in the near future. Wish me luck, and if anyone has any tips on how to keep the stain from molding send me a note <3 I plan on hitting it with my blow dryer and then a clear coat. So we will see.

I am a young woman who has been creative since childhood. I enjoy making different kinds of art and writing poetry. I was first published at the age of 12, and won my first art contest at the age of 13. Then I progressed to photography and worked as a photographer for almost 5 fun years. I am currently finishing my Bachelors degree in Human Services. I would like to eventually become a clinical psychologist and use art in my therapy. I am also a mother, a wife, and a lover of life.
